Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Defects that are NOT due to wear or are a natural part of the shoe (such as variations in leather and staining of clothing or skin that can occur from the leather) may only be refunded within the first 90 days of purchase.  Defects are determined at the discretion of management and may be given as store credit or a replacement of the shoe. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Handbags
  • Jewelry 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2619 Brindle Drive, Harrisburg PA 17110, United States

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including your full name and the order number or receipt from your original purchase. 

Shipping can be via your preferred carrier. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cash or check refunds for in-store purchases

For instore purchases made with cash or check, a check will be issued for the amount of the refund.  This check will be mailed to the customer. 


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges 
Exchanges may be made, when the product is available.  Please contact us at 717-651-1600 during store hours, or email theplumbottom@hotmail.com to confirm availability of the product for which you would like to make the exchange. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us for further instructions. 

For faster receipt of your exchanged product, you may place an order for the item for which you'd like an exchange and return the item you previously purchased. See refunds--above--regarding the return of your previous purchase. 

Items to exchange should be sent to 2619 Brindle Drive, Harrisburg PA 17110, United States. We do not reimburse or pay for return shipping on exchanged items. 


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be applied to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
