Celebrate Spring AND our Grand Opening in Camp Hill!

Do you have spring fever as much as we do? The longer days and warmer weather have us aching to spend more time outside, taking a stroll.  I know we’re not alone.  We’ve got a variety of things planned to celebrate our Grand Opening in Camp Hill—which coincides with the glorious return of spring!  

Camp Hill caters to those who love to stroll—especially during the annual Spring Fling! On Saturday, March 20th from 10-4, Camp Hill businesses welcome families to sip and stroll their way along Market Street.  Pick up coffee at One Good Woman or Cornerstone (or something stronger at Watershed Pub), grab a friend and join us! In addition to the variety of businesses that I’ve mentioned in my last blog, there will be outdoor Irish music and lots of great deals. 

At Neighbors & Smith, we’re doing something extra special.  Print out one of our raffle tickets, visit at least three other Neighbors & Smith stores (Thrive Fit Co, Moxy Salon, Underneath it All, Live in Color, Little Black Dress or One Good Woman), then bring your raffle ticket to Plum Bottom to be entered to win a gift from our neighbors and the Grand Prize—a huge gift basket worth more than $1,000, sponsored by our friends at Live. Work. Play!  

The Grand Prize basket includes over a dozen gifts from locally-owned businesses as well gift certificates valued from $25-$100 from area restaurants and shops. Sponsored by Live.Work.Play. 

We don’t want the fun to end, so we’re continuing to collect raffle entries until the following Saturday, March 27th—when we celebrate our Grand Opening with a free gift with purchase!  We’re also hosting Rollin’ Grill food truck  Purchase homemade lobster roll, brisket, fresh cut fries or drinks as you enjoy a beautiful day in Camp Hill Borough! One Good Woman is also celebrating their 25th anniversary that day and offering a free gift to their first 25 customers.   

Harrisburg customers won’t be left out!  From March 20-27 you can also bring in a receipt from a participating Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace store (Hand and Stone, Williams Sonoma, Eddie Bauer, Athleta, Soft Surroundings or Pure Barre) to Plum Bottom to be entered to win a prize from one of those stores AND the Grand Prize drawing, mentioned above.  We’ll be combining the entries from both Harrisburg and Camp Hill to draw the Grand Prize winner.

Long-time shoppers note that March is not just a month of celebrating something new, it’s also a month to remember our very FIRST Grand Opening in Harrisburg way back in 1977.  I was not even a year old at the time, so it’s not a day I can recall, but I love when you come in and share your stories! We’re looking forward to celebrating the opening of our Camp Hill store, reminiscing about “the good ole’ days” and many more years of shoes and fun ahead of us!
