For someone with foot issues, this shoe has all the answers.  The top is very stretchy, accommodating bunions & hammertoes. The top opens fully with a velcro closure, making it easy to slide on, and adjusts to a high or low instep. It's got nice arch support, but you can remove the footbed if you need to use a prescribed orthotic.
